How do I book a unit?

We offer contactless, fully automated online move-ins! Simply go to our customer booking portal to view our wide range of unit types and sizes and see real-time availability.

Can I pay my bill online?

You sure can! You can view and pay your invoices online in your account under 'Invoices'.

I want to access my unit on my own

Of course, we have a contactless system. We have integrated with our Access Control partner to automatically generate and provide you with a unique code to access only your Aisle where your unit(s) is located. This way you have access to your possessions 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

I booked a unit. How do I know where it is?

Once you've reserved a unit and made an account, you can view the sitemap of the location you selected and see exactly where your unit is before you arrive. You can find this in your profile under 'Your units'.

Do I have to sign up for long contract periods?

You can sign up for exactly as long in advance as you choose! The only length you commit to when reserving a unit with Mawson Lakes Self Storage is to pay for the first full month. That's it. Unless there is a special promotional offer.

How do I know what unit size to select?

We have helpful descriptions under every different unit type we offer to give you realistic examples of what you can fit within our variety of size options.

What if my unit isn't big enough? No problem at all. If your requirements change or you arrive onsite and you can see the unit you have chosen on the website will not suit, you can move to a different unit subject to availability, by conrtacting us via email or mobile to discuss what alternative arrangements can be made.

There are no transfer costs to change your storage unit, butthere may be a higher fee for a larger unit.
